We’ve designed our apartments just the way we’d want a home in the Alps to be: cosy, authentic and full of warmth.
After a day in the fresh mountain air – whether in hiking boots, on skis or after a long walk – this is your place to put your feet up and enjoy the quiet.

Whether you’re after the calm of the summits or you love adventure – here in the Pustertal a choice awaits you that’s second to none. The best part? Your summer begins right on our doorstep! From here you can set off on countless relaxed walks or start your next long mountain hike.
Through the valley on two wheels
Almost everything you can discover on foot is just as wonderful to explore by bike. The popular Pustertal cycle path runs right by our house and invites you on relaxed tours through the entire valley.
Cooling off and water fun
After an active day in the mountains you’re spoilt for choice: looking to relax at the Bruneck open-air pool or the indoor pool in Reischach? A truly special highlight is the natural bathing lake in Issing – pure nature to cool you down.
Action and culture at Kronplatz
Prefer to stay active? Then try your hand at the high ropes course or throw yourself into the rapids while rafting. Our local mountain, the Kronplatz, is a real highlight in summer too: from fast downhill trails and tandem paragliding flights to the Messner Mountain Museum or the children’s “Indian village” for the little ones – there’s something for everyone.
Sport right on your doorstep
Tennis fans in the village and golfers in nearby Reischach are well catered for too.
Your winter fairytale in the Pustertal
When the Pustertal transforms into a glittering snowy landscape, a very special season begins with us. Whether you arrive as a seasoned skier or seek the quiet side of winter – here you’re right in the middle of winter bliss.
Skiing fun at Kronplatz and beyond
Kronplatz, South Tyrol’s number-one ski mountain, lies practically at your feet. With state-of-the-art lifts and perfectly groomed slopes, it’s a paradise for skiers and snowboarders. And you can explore the region on two planks off-piste too: the cross-country trails in the Reischach sports zone or in the nearby Antholz valley make every cross-country skier’s heart beat faster.
A gentle winter and nature experience
Prefer things a little calmer? Right from our house you can set off on romantic winter walks through the snowy forest. A fun toboggan run with the whole family or a spot of ice skating nearby are simply part of a true Pustertal winter too.
Warming up and relaxing
After a day in the fresh mountain air, there’s nothing better than warming up again. The indoor pool and the extensive sauna world of the “Cron4” in Reischach are the perfect place to loosen your muscles and let your soul unwind.
Winter highlights and culture
There’s plenty of variety: visit the charming Christmas markets in the region or discover the museums at the summit of Kronplatz, which radiate their own special charm in winter too.
