What data we process

Contact form: When you send us an enquiry via the contact form, we process the data you provide – in particular your name, email address and the content of your message – in order to handle your enquiry and get in touch with you.

Server log files: When you access our website, technical data transmitted by your browser (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type) is collected automatically. This data is used for the secure and stable operation of the website.

Purposes and legal bases

• Handling your enquiry via the contact form – legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Operation, security and stability of the website (server log files) – legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Compliance with legal obligations, where applicable – legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Recipients / processors

• Hosting: Our website is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH (Austria). The provider processes the data on the server on our behalf.
• Google Maps: To display the directions map we embed Google Maps (provider: Google Ireland Limited). When the map loads, your IP address may be transmitted to Google. The legal basis is your consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); the map is only loaded after your consent.

Fonts (self-hosted)

The fonts used on this website are served locally from our own server. No connection to Google or third-party servers is established; your IP address is not transmitted in order to display the fonts.

Storage period

We store your personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations. Enquiries submitted via the contact form are deleted once they have been fully dealt with, unless legal retention obligations apply. Processing based on consent is stored until consent is withdrawn.
